Clean water is a must as the baseline, and then when we bring hydrogen water (electrolyzed reduced water) into the mix, it allows for inflammation reducing effects that are amazing for everyone, but particularly for autoimmune, gut healing, inflammatory conditions, hormonal health. When I introduced this after years of healing from Crohn’s disease, it kicked things up a notch and stopped experiencing flare ups. There are some little hydrogen water bottles out there that may help a bit, but my personal recommendation (and where I saw results) is with an actual medical grade machine that connects to your sync for ease of use.
